Ridgid Warranty

The Power Tool Doctor is an authorized Ridgid repair service center. We can handle all of your Ridgid warranty needs or just supply parts if needed, If you just need parts please contact us and have your tool model number handy so we can look them up, we will order and ship them to you or send them if they are in stock. If you need tool repair we just need the tools that need to be repaired, if you need to warranty batteries we will need all batteries that need to be warranted as well as your charger that you use to charge your batteries. If you are sending Li-ion batteries the package must be labeled that it contains li-ion batteries and must be sent in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws. These laws can be found at www.usps.com, www.ups.com, and www.fedex.com

For lifetime service agreement claims please send your tools, batteries and chargers with a copy of your original receipt and your lifetime service agreement number, address, and email. Return shipping is free. For warranty repairs not under lifetime warranty please send your tools to us and we will repair and ship back to you. Return shipping is free.

If you have tools not under lifetime warranty please send a copy of your original purchase receipt as this is crucial to the warranty claim process. Ridgid does have a three year warranty on tools if not under the lifetime service agreement and we can repair your tools if the date codes in the serial number are within three years. We will also need your current address, phone number and email address to process all warranties.

For all reapairs and parts not under warranty we can either take payment in the form of a credit card over the phone or invoice you via paypal.
